By accessing our website (www.royalwellnessretreat.com), scheduling appointments, or interacting with our automated or conversational text messaging services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Use of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Royal Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services including injectables, facials, laser treatments, skin care, and wellness services.
No Medical Advice: Content on this website, as well as text communications, are for informational and scheduling purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book appointments or use our services independently.
2. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled through our third-party platform, Boulevard. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal details and adhere to our standard clinic cancellation and late-arrival policies, which will be provided to you at the time of scheduling.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Royal Aesthetics offers mobile text messaging services to communicate with patients regarding their appointments and care. By providing your mobile number and opting in (either by initiating a text conversation, booking an appointment, or filling out our digital clinic intake forms), you agree to the following:
Program Description: Royal Aesthetics uses SMS messaging strictly to provide two-way customer care, answer inbound inquiries about our services, coordinate scheduling/rescheduling, send automated appointment reminders, and deliver post-treatment care follow-up support. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, and interactions with our clinic staff.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your text plan.
How to Opt-Out / Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 713-898-5846. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text us directly.
How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling us at 713-898-5846 or emailing frontdesk@royalwellnessretreat.com.
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
