Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Royal Aesthetics maintains this Cancellation, No‑Show, and Late Arrival Policy to ensure the efficient operation of the practice and to uphold fairness to all clients and providers. By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Requirements

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Notice must be provided by phone call, text, or email delivered to frontdesk@royalwellnessretreat.com.

2. No‑Show and Same‑Day Cancellation Fees

Royal Aesthetics extends a one‑time courtesy waiver for the first missed appointment without proper notice. Any subsequent no‑show, same‑day cancellation, or cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be unable to be accommodated. Such instances will be treated as a same‑day cancellation and will incur the $100 cancellation fee.

4. Payment Requirements and Outstanding Balances

If a valid payment method is not maintained on file, the client will be invoiced for the applicable fee. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of issuance. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in the client’s account being temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

5. Repeated Violations

Clients who demonstrate a pattern of repeated no‑shows, late cancellations, or chronic late arrivals may be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. Royal Aesthetics reserves the right to deny scheduling privileges to clients who fail to comply with this policy.

6. Acknowledgment and Authorization

By scheduling an appointment with Royal Aesthetics, the client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation, No‑Show, and Late Arrival Policy. The client further authorizes Royal Aesthetics to charge any applicable fees to the payment method on file in accordance with this policy.
