Leslie Dickenson
Owner of Royal Aesthetics | Aesthetic Injector | Licensed Aesthetician
Leslie Dickenson is a highly experienced aesthetic injector and licensed aesthetician with nearly two decades in the aesthetics industry. She is currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, with plans to continue on to become a Nurse Practitioner furthering her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care in medical aesthetics. Leslie’s clinical expertise, artistic eye, and passion for patient-centered results make her a trusted provider in the field of cosmetic medicine.
Leslie began her career in Austin, Texas at a plastic surgery center before returning to her hometown roots in the greater Houston area. Now based in the Conroe/The Woodlands area, she has worked in some of Houston’s most prestigious medical spas and trained alongside leading physicians, PAs, nurse practitioners, and aestheticians from across the country and internationally.
For the past 12 years, Leslie has proudly owned and operated her own aesthetic practice. The freedom to set fair, accessible pricing while choosing only the products and technologies she truly believes in has been a driving force in her career. She is passionate about offering clients the very best never pushing treatments or skincare she doesn’t stand behind. This dedication to integrity, results, and personalized care is the heartbeat of Royal Aesthetics.
Having spent nearly her entire career in medical aesthetics just a few years after Botox was first approved for cosmetic use in 2002, Leslie stays at the forefront of the field. She regularly attends advanced training in non-surgical treatments including biostimulators, chemical peels, medical facials, IPL, laser resurfacing, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and body contouring technologies like BodyTone.
Leslie partners closely with Medical Director Dr. Patricia Allamon to ensure each client receives a thoughtfully tailored treatment plan whether through in-office procedures or curated skincare regimens at home. She also works diligently with clients to create plans that align with their budget and long-term goals.
Outside the treatment room, Leslie is a proud mother to her daughter, Lainey Pearl. She also has a deep love for interior design, which is reflected in the aesthetic and ambiance of Royal Aesthetics. A mix of French antiques and soft elegance creates a space where clients feel both pampered and at home a reflection of Leslie’s signature blend of beauty, warmth, and expertise.
Bri Garza
Licensed Aesthetician
Bri brings over five years of experience in luxury spa services and is renowned for her expertise in advanced anti-aging Hydrafacials. She’s a master at combining the clinical precision of the treatment with the soothing, results-driven touch that defines the Royal Aesthetics experience.
Her specialty lies in using Hydrafacial’s lymphatic drainage to sculpt, depuff, and stimulate circulation enhancing firmness and glow while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Bri believes Hydrafacials should be a staple in every skincare routine and takes each treatment to the next level by blending professional technique with the relaxing feel of a spa facial.
She also excels in skin tightening, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and acne management. As a Certified Acne Specialist, she leads our Face Reality Boot Camp, transforming acne-prone skin through targeted treatments and personalized care. Bri’s approach is both clinical and luxurious leaving every client refreshed, lifted, and truly radiant.
Isabella Pethe, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Isabella Pethe is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience. With a strong foundation in emergency medicine, she brings both clinical precision and a deep sense of compassion to every patient interaction.
Her practice now focuses on cutting-edge wellness therapies including IV nutrition, vitamin injections, and personalized longevity solutions. Isabella performs comprehensive lab testing to identify root causes and help patients rebalance their bodies through quality, pharmaceutical-grade treatments.
She is proud to be the first provider in The Woodlands and among the first in Texas to offer Niagen Plus, a pharma-grade NAD+ boosting treatment that supports energy, cognitive clarity, and cellular repair.
A cancer survivor herself, Isabella’s passion for healing is personal. She transformed her life through holistic lifestyle changes and is deeply committed to helping others thrive through advanced, evidence-based wellness including vitamin therapy, peptide protocols, and soon, exosome and stem cell treatments as FDA regulations evolve.
Isabella is the founder of Vital Balance, her own independent wellness practice. She collaborates closely with Royal Aesthetics, supporting the clinic through shared patient care and aligned wellness goals.
